2004 Coleman camper

2004 Coleman Camper Perfect for temporary living space/ setting up on a plot and leaving. Will tow to anywhere on Long Island Tows well- brake lights, brakes, turning signals all function. No roof leaks, awning in good condition A/C roof unit, fridge, propane stove and oven all work. Water had leaked slowly from the toilet freshwater fitting over time, floors were replaced to repair water damage but it was not enough. Floor still sags in spots, and it has begun to affect the structure. Toilet water line has been plugged, it was not used anyway. The walls will eventually sag onto the wheels. I have driven it out east a couple times last summer with no issues, but I don't know how much longer it will be safe to haul without the floor being addressed.
