Hamptons Beautiful Condo Townhouse for Annual Roommate

I am looking for a female roommate to fill a furnished queen bedroom with its own TV and walk-in closet for a 12-month lease beginning May 1, 2025. You would have your own bath plus a loft w couch and chairs. The bedroom has a table, chair and strong internet for remote work. There is also a twin bedroom for occasional guests. The kitchen is a Viking kitchen and fully stocked with all pans, spices, dish and glassware. There is a large deck off of the dining room with furniture and grill. There is a huge cellar that has a NordicTrack incline/treadmill as well as A Total Gym XLS system (besides the washer & dryer, that can both do two loads at the same time). All linens provided as well as monthly cleaning service and all utilities. The condo complex has a pool and basketball court, as well as plenty of parking. Bay beach is 2.5 miles away and ocean beaches are 5 miles away. The 12-month lease is $2000 a month with a $2000 security deposit. Well behaved dogs are VERY welcome!!!
