SLEEPS 6 people max. THREE, 8 x 10 bedrooms each with ceiling fans (no a/c in bedrooms). ONE bedroom with full-size bed. TWO bedrooms each with twin hi-riser beds. One bathroom with shower stall, 1 outdoor shower.
Cozy living room with area A/C, dining area seats six. Galley kitchen with refrigerator, gas range.
Many windows for cross ventilation. Front porch with chairs and private back deck with 2 small picnic tables/umbrellas, chairs and lounge chairs. BBQ. Some Beach chairs provided.

Renter MUST bring own SHEETS and TOWELS.
BLANKETS, PILLOWS PROVIDED. Direct TV, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer on premises. No landline provided, cell phones a must.

Enjoy bay/ocean swimming, tennis, playground, shops, restaurants and late night music/dancing. Watch the deer stroll by and view spectacular sunsets. Ferry service to/from the Bay Shore Fire Island Ferries. One hour ride on LIRR from Penn Station to Bay Shore NY.
