House Watching (Southampton / East Hampton Towns)

Once or twice weekly, recurring, house watching for your residence in Southampton or East Hampton Town. I'm happy to work around your schedule or do pre-arrival checks during the summer months. I follow a checklist, will move trash cans, and send photos as requested. I'm an easygoing local guy with understanding of local norms & am happy to recommend local service providers as needed.
